How can I book an appointment?
You can book online, call us, or contact us through Facebook or WhatsApp. For urgent or same-day enquiries, calling is usually the quickest option.
What services can I book?
You can book tyres, servicing, MOTs, wheel alignment, brakes, batteries, exhaust work, air-conditioning regassing, diagnostics and other vehicle repairs.
Do I need to book an MOT?
Yes. MOTs must be pre-booked so we can reserve a test slot for your vehicle.
Do I need to book tyres or a puncture repair?
Not always. You can usually walk in for tyres and puncture inspections. Calling ahead is still helpful if you want us to check stock, tyre size, price or expected waiting time.
Can I book a same-day appointment?
Same-day tyre fitting is available whenever the correct tyres are in stock. For other work, same-day availability depends on the job, parts and workshop capacity.
Can you check the right tyres using my registration number?
Yes. Add or send your registration number and we can check the correct tyre size and suitable tyre options for your vehicle.
Will I get a price before the work starts?
Yes. We agree the price before any work begins. If further work is found, we will contact you and explain your options before proceeding.
What should I do after booking online?
Follow the booking confirmation instructions and make sure you verify your email address if requested. If you need urgent help, call us directly rather than relying only on an online request.
Can I wait during my appointment?
You can remain in your vehicle while work is carried out. Wi-Fi and complimentary drinks may be available while you wait, subject to availability.
Can I book servicing, brakes or diagnostics without knowing exactly what is wrong?
Yes. Tell us the symptoms, warning lights or concerns when booking. We will allocate the right type of inspection or appointment where possible.
What if I need to change my appointment?
Contact us as soon as you can by phone, Facebook or WhatsApp so we can check the next available option.
